Assistant Swim Team Coach

Rate: $15/hr - $20/hr + lessons commissions


Druid Hills Golf Club is looking for an exceptional seasonal Swim Coach to be a part of our award-winning swim team, the Druid Hills Dolphins! Druid Hills Golf Club is one of the most prestigious private clubs in Atlanta, and we are looking for a qualified team member who will provide high levels of service to our members and their children.


Responsibilities:

+ Energetically and enthusiastically interact with all members and their children.

+ Lead and motivate swim team members while exercising mature judgment and sound decision-making.

+ Apply knowledge of sound competitive swimming skills to implement and teach these skills in a positive, healthy manner.

+ Perform assigned coaching responsibilities, which may include practices, recruiting, record-keeping, and scheduling.

+ Attend all staff meetings and trainings as required.
