About The Role

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will play an important part in helping people live independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
• Assist with medication and general wellbeing.
• Organise activities and community trips.
• Encourage personal goals and greater independence.
• Build compassionate, meaningful relationships that make a real difference.
• Shift patterns include 3pm–11pm + sleep‑in (11pm–8am) + 8am–4pm, 10am–6pm, and 11am–7pm.

What We Are Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
