At least 1-3 years in renovation or construction. Ability to oversee daily worksite activities and progress. Managing electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters. Ensuring all finishing and workmanship meet company standards. Keeping the project on track to meet strict handover deadlines. Providing regular updates to homeowners or commercial clients. Resolving onsite issues or design discrepancies immediately. Coordinating the delivery and inventory of site materials. Work under pressure Rotated shifts, may be Saturday, Sunday and PH need to work
