Assistant Superintendent

As our newest Assistant Site Superintendent, you'll support the Superintendent to ensure that every project is executed with precision and excellence. Under the direction of the Site Superintendent, you’ll be the eyes and ears out on the site, ensuring our team and trade partners are working to specifications and staying on schedule.

You’ll travel for work to locations throughout BC, the Yukon and occasionally the Northwest Territories. Our crews typically work rotations, travel in and out of various locations, work‑hour shifts on average. Perks include well‑maintained crew housing, flights to and from site from the nearest airport, and a generous Living Out Allowance.

Your day‑to‑day includes supervising and coordinating field activities—checking in with your team leads, inspecting the progress, and reporting any issues/concerns to the Site Superintendent.
