Assistant Superintendent / Back End Superintendent - Multifamily Finish Phase

We are hiring an Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent with recent multifamily construction experience to support the back-end and finishing phases of a large residential project. This role will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team to coordinate finish trades, monitor schedules, drive punch list completion, and help bring the project through final turnover.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing subcontractors, tracking quality control items, coordinating inspections, and keeping interior finish work on schedule.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and oversee back-end construction activities through project completion.

+ Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team to monitor and execute project schedules.
