Experience: 2+ Years

• Minimum 2 5 years of experience as an Assistant Straightener Operator or in a similar role within a steel rolling mill.
• ITI or Diploma qualification is acceptable.
• Good knowledge of straightening processes, equipment preparation, and product quality standards.
• Assist in the setup and operation of the Straightening Machine during steel production.
• Prepare straightening equipment, rollers, guides, and tools before production starts.
• Support the Straightener Operator in achieving production and quality targets.
• Monitor product straightness and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the equipment
