Job Responsibilities

Assistant Store Managers will support our Store Managers with overseeing day to day retail operations and ensuring there is compliance to company policies and procedures. Assistant Store Managers take on a store leadership role when the Store Manager is away. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure customers receive a blend of professional eye care and eyewear styling advice. You will strive to encourage a team that provides exceptional customer service and care to everyone who visits your store.

About You

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
