**DESCRIPTION**
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) of Operations is responsible for managing the inventory team and ensuring operational excellence supports the overall brand ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in creating a consumer-first environment while overseeing inventory control and store operations. The ASM supports the Store Manager in daily operations, guides employees on task prioritization, and ensures the store consistently reflects the brand to every customer.
**Annual Salary Range:** $74,000-$80,000
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Inventory & Visual Excellence: Manage inventory control and the inventory team, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure all brand visual standards are consistently upheld.
