We are looking for a new Assistant Store Manager m/w/d for our Salomon store in Landquart!
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building and leading a high-performing store team, ensuring:
- Set goals are achieved
- The brand standards are properly followed​
- Delivery of operational excellence ​

You will provide the highest level of customer experience and assist with delivering the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates with their personal and career development. 
You will also act as a Training Ambassador for the store team.
