The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. In the manager's absence, the Assistant serves as Manager on Duty, handling staff, daily tasks, and compliance with company policies, including inventory management, merchandising, and recruitment and training of new employees.
