Assistant Store Manager F&B (DONUT)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall daily operations of the store to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store team members through regular performance monitoring, scheduling, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health & safety standards.
• Monitor product quality, food presentation, and service consistency to maintain brand standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, ordering, receiving, and minimize product waste while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Control operational expenses, labor costs, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to achieve sales and profitability targets.
