This role is for an Assistant Store Manager at our Chermside store, working a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving sales and achieving store KPIs

• Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service

• Coaching, motivating, and developing the team

• Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations

• Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
