1. Assistant Store Manager (ASM) – Job Description

Position: Assistant Store Manager
Reports to: Store Manager

Job Purpose:
To assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and supervising store staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Assist in planning and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate store staff.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper merchandising.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and payroll support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence.
