Position: Assistant Store Manager
Reports to: Store Manager
Job Purpose:
To assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and supervising store staff to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Assist in planning and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate store staff.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper merchandising.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Act as Store Manager in their absence.
