The Bridge Academy is seeking a committed, organised, and compassionate Assistant SENDCo to join our team in an alternative provision setting. This non‑teaching role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people who require additional support to achieve academic and personal success.

We are passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive, and aspirational environment where every student is supported to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential. Working alongside the SENDCo, pastoral teams, families and external agencies, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks.
