+ **Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in security operations, including operational oversight and risk mitigation.**
+ **Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to engage professionally and enhance service value.**
+ **Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player required**
