Assistant Sales Manager, PF

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing & Personal Financing‑Islamic products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute toward group targets.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing and self‑generated leads.
• Cross‑sell other retail banking products such as credit cards.
• Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the bank’s quality and standards.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and protect the bank’s image and brand.
• Ensure that physical premises are well maintained in line with bank standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field with a CGPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; at least 1 year of sales experience in the financial industry preferred.
