Job Responsibilities

Billing Processing (Utilities, Contracted Services, and Freight Services)

• In-charge on the timely processing of payments for utilities to avoid additional penalties and continuous operation. Coordinate with service providers for issues related to utilities.
• Create product req. (PR), request purchase order (PO), process goods receipt (GR), and submit requests for payments for billings that includes WIM (3PL) and SG Contracted Services.
• Validate the details of created freight orders per trip and trucker as requirement for Freight Service PO generation that will be released in periodical manner to truckers.
• Check the completeness, confirm the accurate amount, and process billing of trucker’s freight service POs.
