Job Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of The Silver Monkey and Workstar, the two restaurants at Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park. This role oversees breakfast operations, staff scheduling, daily restaurant activities, events, and promotions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistently high standards of food quality and service.

Operational Management

• Oversee the daily operations of The Silver Monkey and Workstar, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Ensure that all restaurant activities are consistent with established operational standards and procedures.
