We are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.

Experience you will need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand
• Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
