Assistant Rent Accountant

Are you an experienced Rent Accountant looking for your next opportunity?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide rent accounting and management support to Bidwells’ Rural Estate Management team.

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering managing agent services across a significant and diverse rural estate portfolio, ensuring rent income, tenant payments and expenditure are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. This position is central to effective financial reporting and high-quality service delivery, working closely with the Senior Rent Accountant and wider estate management teams.
