You will assist with the measurement, pricing, and valuation of works using NHF Schedule of Rates , ensuring client contract compliance and strong commercial performance across social housing maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure completed repairs and maintenance works.
• Apply correct NHF SOR codes to maximise revenue and ensure compliance.
• Support interim and final monthly valuations for client approval.
• Process variations and additional works in line with contract requirements.
• Assist with managing subcontractors.
• Review payment applications against site progress and NHF SOR rates.
• Track productivity, labour costs, and material usage.
• Help ensure jobs are profitable and appropriately resourced.
