Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager

Job Summary: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Manager) supports the Senior QS and Project Manager in managing all aspects of quantity surveying for construction projects. This role involves cost control, contract administration, procurement, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, submission, budgeting, and forecasting.
Take charge of contract reviews to ensure accurate and compliant tenders.
Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and set timescales.
Review and negotiate terms of business contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including quantity take-offs, and liaise with clients and consultants.
Obtain, compile, and evaluate quotations from suppliers according to tender requirements.
Respond to client queries and follow up on submitted tenders.
