Job Description
We are an extremely fast-paced 24/7 multi-trade contracting firm based in our hometown of Paisley (no remote working). We operate mostly in social housing and also in private domestic homes. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Business Systems Director.
As a 24/7 reactive repairs, maintenance & refurbishment company, we deliver in excess of 2,500 jobs each month, all measured against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ranging from small repairs to larger works known as voids. All works are pre-determined through an agreed SoR (Schedule of Rates) with each customer, with the exception of private works, which are estimated in the usual manner at the outset of enquiry.
