An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor is now available with a leading contractor delivering high-profile refurbishment and façade projects across the South Wales region.

You’ll work alongside experienced commercial leads on a range of schemes including façade upgrades, fire safety works and internal refurbishments, many within live environments.
The role will include:
* Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
* Supporting valuations, variations and cost reporting
* Involvement in CVRs and forecasting
* Attending site visits and coordinating with project teams
* Exposure across projects from pre-construction through to final account
