• Male
• Filipino or Half-Japanese (Filipino-Japanese), can speak Japanese, English, or Filipino
• Graduate of any 4‑year course or related field
• Taking responsibility of keeping a productive cycle in production
• Openness to feedback, either developmental or positive emotional inputs
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in the same position or in the manufacturing industry
