Our Property Management client based out of Kelowna are looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to join their team and support the Residential Property Manager with their rental portfolio.
Compensation
Compensation
- $60,000 - $75,000 per annum.
- Annual performance based bonus
- 2 weeks vacation plus 12 personal days
- 100% employer covered extended medical and dental benefits
- $500 annual health spending account
- Support the Property Manager with daily property operations, administration, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate resident records, leases, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Assist with rent collection, arrears follow-up, and lease renewals.
