Assistant Property Manager

Hey Topeka! We're Hiring a Floating Assistant Property Manager in Topeka! This position will support our 7 properties in Topeka by floating where help is needed. (position requires passing a background check, drug screen and credit review)Have you been looking for an opportunity to GROW your career in the multifamily/ property management field?! If so, we want you to join our team at Monarch as our new Floating Assistant Property Manager! PAY: $22-25 an hour plus renewal commission (up to $100 for EACH renewal)
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (some Saturday availability may be required)
