Job Summary:
This full-time, on-site position responsible for the overall management of AID’s performance of all work related to the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of all facilities and other real property, utility plants and systems, and grounds at the End User’s campus site.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensures safe working practices. Cultivates a culture of safety to prevent injuries. Manages the project to meet or exceed financial and other key metrics. Periodically reports and creates action plans to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Assures continuous facility operations and prevent disruptions that could adversely affect the mission of the End User Campus.
Keeps the Government informed of current status of building systems, anticipated service interruptions, and other vital information.
