Responsibilities
Responsibilities are often split into academic, clinical, and administrative duties:
Teaching & Learning:
Deliver engaging lectures, facilitate workshops, and conduct practical/lab sessions for BSN and potentially graduate-level nursing students.
Prepare course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and handouts.
Use diverse teaching and assessment methodologies to foster student learning.
Provide academic advising, mentorship, and support to students.

Clinical Practice & Supervision:
Supervise, evaluate, and mentor students in hospital wards, clinical areas, and community health settings.
Serve as a professional role model for students in clinical practice.
Collaborate with hospital personnel and other healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care experiences for students.
