Position Description
TheDepartment of English (https://www.english.txst.edu/) at Texas State University invites applicants for an Assistant Professor of Instruction at the Round Rock Campus. The successful applicant will teach courses including first-year writing, advanced undergraduate technical and/or professional writing, and/or sophomore literature surveys; assist with the Round Rock branch of the University Writing Center; and provide service to the department by being a member of at least two departmental committees. As a full-time faculty member, the Assistant Professor of Instruction will teach four courses per semester with a flexible schedule and benefits. All positions are subject to availability of funds.
