Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in commerce (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, Digital Marketing)
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and course content
• Conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions
• Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning

2. Student Engagement & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor students in academic and career development
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations
• Provide feedback and support to improve student outcomes

3. Research & Publications

• Conduct research in commerce or related fields
• Publish research papers in reputed journals
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops
