Applicants should have (i) a medical qualification (approved for full registration with The Medical Council of Hong Kong, or in the case of overseas graduates, a medical qualification that would be eligible for limited registration by the Medical Council of Hong Kong); (ii) a specialist qualification in endocrinology (Fellowship of the Hong Kong College of Physicians, or in the case of overseas graduates, having obtained specialist registration with the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine); (iii) a passion in using research to advance clinical care; (iv) a strong track record in clinical research in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP); and (v) good communication skills in planning, coordinating and conducting multidisciplinary projects.
