Position summary:
 

The Assistant Professor of Automotive Technology is responsible for instructing a cohort of students over one academic year (Fall, Spring, Summer) in courses pertaining to obtaining a certificate or degree Automotive Technology
 

Position responsibilities:
 

+ Instruct students in specific areas and evaluate their learning progress.

+ Collaborate with colleagues to develop and update curriculum materials, instructional resources, and  assessment tools to meet industry standards and educational objectives

+ Design and implement hands-on training activities in laboratory and shop settings to reinforce  theoretical concepts and develop students' practical skills

+ Interpret college policies for students in a positive manner.

+ Develop, maintain, and follow syllabi for courses.

+ Maintain professional conduct and appearance.

+ Provide academic advising and support...
