The successful candidate is expected to:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Establish and sustain an active, externally and/or internally funded research program in their area of expertise.
• Publish research findings in high-quality refereed journals and present at reputable conferences.
• Contribute to curriculum development, program accreditation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Engage actively in departmental, college, and university service and help promote the growth and visibility of UAEU.
