Assistant Production Planner

Summary

The Assistant Production Planner provides administrative support to assist the Production Planners with scheduling Assembly production that supports customer delivery expectations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Creates work orders for Production Assembly for the min/max program.


• Works with the Production Planners to communicate with other sites regarding materials requests.


• Reviews open work orders in process to ensure materials are consumed properly.


• Generates packing slips for the Shipping Department.


• Assists the Production Planners to performs required transactions in Oracle.


• Runs reports as directed by Production Planners. 


• Performs other administrative functions as directed by Planners.

Job Requirements

• HS degree. Associates Degree preferred
