Job Description :

Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in tire.

• Assist Production Manager in daily operations and production planning in the plant.
• Ensure production schedules and delivery targets are met
• Improve productivity through proper work planning and management.
• Responsible for overall proper management and control of manufacturing staff and production activities as assigned.
• Monitor closely factory operating costs and work within the assigned budget.
• To analyze the monthly reports on all matters pertaining to Production and take action to improve.
• Supporting maintenance of the production machinery.
• Maintain a safe working environment in the production work area at all.
• Manage, lead and motivate the juniors/workers to meet required results and discipline.
• Working at My Phuoc III – IP-Binh Duong province.
