Assistant, Production Design

Summary: 

The Production Design team at Book of the Month is looking for a talented Production Design Assistant to work with us. We are a group of book lovers and design nerds who bring every Book of the Month and Allurial title to life. This role will report to the Manager of Book Design & Production and will help produce the books our members know and love. 

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn something new every day, from the fundamentals of book making to the finer points of print production. You'll build press-ready layouts, manage the proof-approval workflow with our print partners, and develop quality relationships with stakeholders across the company. If you care about beautiful, well-made books, are looking for a place to sharpen your skills, and want to see your work on readers' shelves, we'd love to hear from you!
