• Sales order & job order coordination
  Receive and process Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents; verify completeness (part number, revision, MOQ, pricing, due date, process requirements). Create / update work orders / job orders in the ERP system and ensure correct routing (material, machining, surface treatment, cleaning, assembly, etc.). Track order status from release to completion; flag missing info or discrepancies early (e.g., drawings, specs, special process).
