Assistant Producer

We’re looking for an Assistant Producer to help run and grow a fast-paced reaction YouTube channel. This role is heavily focused on content sourcing, video preparation, and overall channel packaging.

You’ll be responsible for finding viral and highly engaging clips from across the internet, building strong recording lineups, assisting with thumbnails/titles and helping shape videos for maximum audience retention and performance.

The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with internet culture, understands what makes YouTube content entertaining, and has strong instincts for trends, pacing, and click-worthy packaging. You should be highly organised, proactive, and able to consistently surface fresh content before it becomes oversaturated.

You’ll work closely with talent, editors, and the wider production team to help keep the channel running smoothly and ensure videos and packages are entertaining, well-prepared, and optimised for performance.
