Assistant Produce Team Lead - Bower Place

This position requires an individual who demonstrates a quality driven leadership style and is passionate about training to lead and develop people in a profitable business. This is also a hands-on role. The role focuses on the preparation and presentation of produce for sale with abundant, appealing, fresh looking displays. This is also a very service orientated position providing courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and legendary service to customers and team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with and assist the Produce Lead

Great relationship with purchasing department to ensure specifications and pricing from approved suppliers is followed.

Equipment maintenance and safe workplace, sanitation systems in place and followed.

Execute great results to every customer that builds rapport and trust.

All customer requests and questions are addressed and personally followed up on.
