ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL OF BALDWIN HIGH SCHOOL START DATE: Anticipated August 3, 2026 EFFECTIVE: 2026-2027 School Year (11-month position; prorate for start date) REPORTS TO: High School Principal COMPENSATION: $156, 703 (Commensurate with experience and in accordance with the Association of Baldwin Administrators' Agreement and prorate for start date)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Assist the Principal in the overall administration, supervision, and operation of the high school in accordance with Board of Education policies, district procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
+ Provide instructional leadership through the supervision, support, and evaluation of teachers and staff, including classroom observations, conferences, professional growth, and implementation of district evaluation systems.
