**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Partner with the Plant Manager to lead daily plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
+ Drive continuous improvement across crushing, screening, material handling, and maintenance activities to optimize production output, cost control, and operational performance.
+ Support and develop plant teams through hands-on leadership, coaching, and clear communication
+ Help ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards across all activities
+ Analyze performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational and business goals
