As the evening Assistant Patient Care Manager (APCM), you will work with staff with broad skill sets who prioritize delivering high-quality patient-centered care. In this role, you will be a part of a large, close-knit team of leaders who support, uplift, and build with each other. There are great opportunities to learn and grow at SHC, including participating in process improvement initiatives and enrolling in the numerous leadership development courses offered by SHC.
