Role Overview

KidZania Singapore is part of Sim Leisure Group Ltd, a regional theme park operator listed on the Singapore Exchange.

We are looking for a competent and disciplined Assistant Operations Manager who is willing to work hard and take responsibility for daily operations. This is not a desk job. The role requires someone who is hands-on, proactive and present on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

. Assist in managing the daily operations of the park

. Ensure all activities and facilities operate safely, smoothly and according to SOPs

. Supervise staff and ensure they are productive, disciplined and service-oriented

. Be on the ground during operations, monitoring activities and resolving issues quickly

. Ensure the park environment is clean, safe and well maintained at all times

. Handle operational issues, customer feedback and incident reporting
