Job Responsibilities
Manage multiple teams of technicians/engineers in field
Motivate team members to achieve better performance
Review team member performance and provide timely feedback
Monitor on field team performance & keep a strict check
Build relationship with car dealers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Provide reports to data entry team and make sure all cars data entered is accurate
Hire resources to add more teams in the city as per the requirement
Add more cities in the near region considering potential in mind
