Job Description
Our Assistant Managers are an essential part of our team. Supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of a venue you will also be acting venue manager in their absence (such as annual leave), and therefore may also be closely communicating with our area management team to ensure the venue is held to our high and professional standards. As always, we would need you to have excellent customer service skills, with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a year in a supervisory or management role also preferred!
- Liaising with Area Management to ensure the venue is meeting its KPIs and being the best it can be in the absence of the Venue Manager
- Delegate and support staff in their daily tasks
- Encouraging and driving business day-to-day, including during peak times and tournament days.
