Live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values across all shifts. Ensure customers receive perfect PERi‑PERi experiences in restaurants and delivery channels. Inspire and develop your team, spotting future managers. Manage shift operations to keep the Nando’s customer journey consistent.

• Previous management experience.
