Job Summary:
The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Manager in handling client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments. This role assists in recruitment coordination, payroll monitoring, documentation, and overall account servicing to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining assigned client accounts
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requests, deployment updates, and concerns
- Support recruitment activities such as screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and endorsing candidates
