Assistant Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance – Mixer, Extruder, Calendar, Building & Curing
• 132 KV Power System & LT Distribution
• Preventive/Predictive/Breakdown Maintenance
• PLC/HMI/VFD( Allen Bardley, Siemens, Scheneider,Omron)
• GSS Operations (132KV-6.6KV)
• Electrical Safety & Statutory Compiance
• Sap and Maintenance Planning.
• Shift Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

Qualifications - B. Tech/ B.E Engineering

Experience- 3+ Years for Engineer/ Sr. Engineer and 7+ Years for Asst. Manager
