Analyze and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and overall performance across all training functions.
Oversee day‑to‑day training operations, including: preparing and organizing course materials, coordinating with trainers, participants and stakeholders, managing course evaluations and issuing receipts
Handle cost allocation, payment processing, and preparation of financial and operational reports.
Develop, update, and review procedural manuals and routine reporting documents.
Support internal and external audit activities (, IRCA).
Possessing knowledge of GSF, MATF, CEF, HKCAAVQ, and related schemes will be an advantage.
Work closely with the supervisor to achieve annual goals, including: sales and revenue targets, new program development, strategic initiatives related to training and operations
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
